Provides superior customer service and supports Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Pharmacy Care Representatives to ensure patient care;
Receives and processes prescriptions and related paperwork using RXEVO and POS systems;
Verifies patient demographics and profile information and manages prescription deliveries and will-call logistics;
Maintains and organizes prescription records and inventory within the pharmacy area;
Assists with immunization scheduling and other professional services activities as needed
