About the RoleEvery day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect will become life‑changing medicines. A commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How You Will Contribute- You will answer phones, greet donors, and focus on ensuring donor and team safety.
- You will screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- You will use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- You will help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures.
- You will be available for a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasionally up to 32 lbs., rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Exposure to blood borne pathogens (risk level
1) – 90% of tasks require prolonged glove wear. - 1 or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient‑facing role is helpful.

Compensation and Benefits SummaryLocation:

U.S. starting hourly wage: $16.00
The starting hourly wage reflects the actual starting rate for this position. The hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location. U.S. employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well‑being benefits.
Employees may accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation and 80 hours of sick time per calendar year.
