Position Summary
Occupational Therapist providing patient-centered care in patients' homes and community settings in Waco, TX and surrounding areas. PRN positions available.
Responsibilities- Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs.
- Assessment of adaptive equipment needs and assistive technology needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans integrated with interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide evidence-based interventions to achieve functional goals.
- Completion of Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required; professional certification or Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills required.
- Strong communication skills with families, professionals, and co-workers.
Waco, TX and surrounding areas.
