We invite you to join our team as a full-time Physical Therapist, where you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in the comfort of our patients' homes. Your expertise will be pivotal in creating a nurturing rehabilitative environment for patients recovering from illnesses, injuries, or surgeries.

In this role, you will conduct comprehensive physical assessments to evaluate each patient's condition, allowing you to develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing their independence and quality of life. You will work closely with patients, their families, and caregivers, providing education on their conditions and guiding them through the recovery process.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough physical assessments and reviewing medical histories
  • Designing and executing individualized treatment plans
  • Administering therapeutic exercises and training programs
  • Educating patients and families on injury prevention and wellness strategies

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a physical therapist in a home health setting
  • Current state license to practice as a physical therapist
  • Compliance with professional standards and practices
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Licensed driver with the ability to travel to various business locations
