Our therapists provide individualized, evidence-based care for patients recovering from injury, surgery, and mobility-limiting musculoskeletal conditions. Your role:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
• Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize scribe ai-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Utilize the raintree emr platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
