Job Overview Join our compassionate team as a Caregiver, providing essential support and personalized care to individuals across all shifts. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary
Monitor and record vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability
Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols in compliance with healthcare regulations
Provide companionship and social engagement to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation
Support residents with dementia or Alzheimer's through specialized memory care techniques and behavior management strategies
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning resident rooms and common areas
Document care activities accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
Support residents during outings or appointments by driving or assisting with transportation arrangements when qualified
Proven experience in senior care, assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care environments
Knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease, dementia care, and behavioral management techniques
Ability to perform CPR/First Aid certification is highly desirable
Familiarity with assisting residents with ADLs and using mobility aids like Hoyer lifts
Strong communication skills for working effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Experience in medication administration and vital signs monitoring according to protocols
Compassionate attitude with excellent caregiving skills tailored to individual needs
Ability to work independently or as part of a team across all shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
