We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant Driver to join our team at Ivy Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation. As a vital member of our healthcare organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and transportation services.

• Safely transport patients to and from appointments, procedures, and treatment facilities in accordance with company policies and regulations
• Provide exceptional assistance to patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient care needs are met, including administering medications and providing vital sign monitoring
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient transportation and care activities
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry developments and best practices

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
