Hotel Public Attendant

Collegiate Hotel Group®, is seeking a Public Areas Attendant to join Hotel 1928 and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts.

• Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, and stairwells to meet quality standards.
• Cleans bathrooms, dusts furniture and pictures, and vacuums, sweeps, and mops floors.
• Empties carts of soiled linen and disposes trash.
• Maintains lobby, elevators, stairways, hallways, and Front Desk area to assure they are clean, neat and free of all rubbish and debris.
• Cleans and maintains public restrooms in a neat and orderly fashion to provide fresh and attractive facilities for guests.
• Restrooms must be inspected once per hour to assure they remain neat and clean.
• Removes spots, insects and debris, polishes fixtures and cleans ashtrays.
• Delivers items to rooms upon request and assists in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
• Greets guests in a warm and authentic fashion.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED.

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
