Overview
The Lead Room Attendant supervises and assists room attendants, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards by assigning tasks, inspecting work, managing supplies, training new staff, coordinating with other departments (Front Desk, Maintenance), and performing cleaning duties themselves, acting as a key point person for daily operations and quality control in the housekeeping department.
Responsibilities- Supervise and assist room attendants to maintain high cleanliness standards for guest rooms and public areas.
- Assign tasks, inspect work, and manage supplies;
- Train new staff and coordinate with other departments (Front Desk, Maintenance) to ensure seamless operations;
- Perform cleaning duties as needed and act as a key point person for daily operations and quality control in the housekeeping department.
Compensation: $16 per hour
