Review banquet staff functions and banquet menus prior to the scheduled event;
Conduct pre-banquet meetings to ensure appearance and hygiene standards and assign stations;
Communicate with Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager or Event Coordinator to ensure details are planned and met;
Ensure quantities of china, glassware, linens, and other items are available and requisition as needed;
Monitor service quality and equipment handling during events
