Night Audit: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
Mid Shift (Busy days only): 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm or 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable first impressions? EVENHotel Waco is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel.
In this role, you will greet and assist guests throughout the check‑in and check‑out process, manage reservations and room assignments, respond to guest inquiries, and provide outstanding service to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. As a key member of our hospitality team, you’ll help create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines the EVENHotel experience.
