Location:
Waco, TXSalary: $60,000.00 USD Annually - $65,000.00 USD Annually Description
A growing food company located in Waco, TX is currently searching for a Human Resources Supervisor.
In return, the company offers a good starting salary, benefits and relocation if needed.
Salary range for this position is $50-55kk plus 10% bonus depending on years of experience.
Medical, Dental and Vision offered to qualified candidates after 60 days.
This is a 1st shift position.
Qualifications & Requirements- 2+ Years experience as an HR Supervisor or HR Lead in a manufacturing plant
- Experience in a Food manufacturing plant. 24/7 operation
- Knowledgeable in Workers comp and Unemployment issues
- Actively participated in employee investigations and EEOC claims
- Active participant in recruiting hourly and salary positions
- Strong leadership skills--Trains, mentors and develops a young team
- Has worked with safety manager and has safety skills
- Managed onboarding/off boarding, training department, development of training plans, active participant in recruiting process in area that is hard to recruit.
