Job Overview
Information Providers, Inc. (IPI) seeks a part‑time 1099 Insurance Property Inspector in Waco, TX. This field‑based role allows you to own your schedule while conducting inspections of homes and businesses.
Qualifications- Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and web‑based applications.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for inspections.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage schedule.
- Close attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
Conduct on‑site inspections of residential and commercial properties.
Capture photographs and document key features relevant to underwriting decisions.
Compile thorough, high‑quality underwriting survey reports for insurance companies.
Compensation$20–$28 per billable hour.
Other RequirementsMust have the ability to pass a background check.
Flexible weekday hours: 7 AM–4 PM, 8 AM–5 PM, or 9 AM–5 PM (dispatching daily from home).
