Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships and take orders over phone and online;
Invoice customer orders and direct efforts to pick, stage, and deliver parts accurately and timely;
Coordinate delivery drivers to ensure on-time deliveries and vehicle inspections are completed;
Assist on front counter and backroom duties as needed (stock, returns, labor claims processing);
Verify billing of product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, and credit returns promptly
