Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Logistics Associate - 1st and 2nd shift to join their team. As a Logistics Associate - 1st and 2nd shift, you will be an integral part of the Operations department supporting efficient delivery and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Logistics Associate - 1st and 2nd shift

Location: Waco, TX

Pay Range: $19-22/hr DOE

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift

What's the Job?

• Meet Operations delivery and kitting requirements by accurately receiving, storing, handling, and shipping products.
• Ensure inventory is properly located, staged for shipment, and maintained according to company standards.
• Transport materials within the facility using carts, tuggers, forklifts, and other devices safely and efficiently.
• Maintain all equipment and work areas in a clean, safe, and operational condition.
• Adhere to safety policies, report incidents or near misses, and promote a culture of safety at all times.

What's Needed?

• Basic proficiency with current computer software and hardware.
• Ability to operate a conventional forklift safely and effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions and information clearly.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
