Distribution Center Ops Intern | Waco, TX | Summer 2027

Overall Job Summary Tractor Supply Company is currently hiring for our Waco, TX 2027 Summer Distribution Center Internship Program! This is an onsite, 11-week program beginning in May 2027. The Tractor Supply Distribution Center (DC) Internship Program cultivates students professional and personal growth through exposure to day-to-day operations at our Waco, TX DC. In just 11 weeks, you will have the opportunity to get hands-on with the operations that fuel our success, gain leadership experience, and learn firsthand about our organization and culture.

The purpose of our DC Internship Program is to develop the next generation of leaders to support our DC operations serving as the first step toward becoming a DC Supervisor.

Required Qualifications Must be enrolled in, or recently graduated from, an accredited university at the time of the internship; rising seniors preferred Must be able to relocate to and live in the Waco, TX area for the duration of the internship Completion of coursework in supply chain, distribution center operations, logistics, transportation, or general management is preferred Previous internship or industry experience is a plus Proficient with basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

Ability to work in a physical environment that is subject to temperature extremes, movement of mobile and fixed equipment, and other conditions associated with a warehouse operation Physical Requirements Sitting Standing (not walking) Walking Kneeling/Stooping/Bending Reaching overhead Lifting up to 20 pounds
