Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill a unique position that requires minimal office time. The primary responsibilities of this role will involve conducting door security checks, light property maintenance, and trash clean up at various Ideal Storage locations throughout the Waco, Hewitt, and Lorena area.
- Communicate effectively with Hub Leaders to address any facility-specific needs or concerns.
- Overlock unpaid units every month, and reverse the locks when regular property checks are conducted.
- Complete any additional duties as assigned and agreed upon by the employee and management.
- Self‑motivated, comfortable working independently and traveling to different locations.
- Valid TX Drivers License.
- Valid vehicle insurance.
- Reliable transportation.
