Job Description & How to Apply Below

We are seeking an experienced Field Safety Manager to join our Operations team and lead safety initiatives across active construction job sites. This full-time, exempt leadership role is ideal for a safety professional who believes safety is more than compliance — it’s a culture and a responsibility to protect people and their families every day.

🔹

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and inspire a strong “Safety Attitude for Life” across field teams
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; manage root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Conduct regular jobsite audits and intervene in unsafe conditions or behaviors
  • Partner with Foremen, Superintendents, and Project Managers to ensure OSHA/WISHA/DOSH compliance
  • Develop site-specific safety plans, fall protection work plans, and job hazard analyses
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and hands-on safety training (OSHA 10/30, forklift, fall protection, confined space, etc.)
  • Manage injury claims and support return-to-work programs
  • Contribute to accident prevention programs and continuous safety improvement initiatives
🔹

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–4+ years of construction safety experience
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA/WISHA/DOSH regulations
  • Certified to teach OSHA 10/30 (required)
  • Forklift certification, First Aid/CPR, and respiratory fit certification (required)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in active construction environments and traveling between jobsites

This role requires flexibility, field presence, and the ability to confidently navigate active construction sites. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and field personnel to drive safety performance, reduce risk, and support zero-incident worksites.

If you’re a proactive safety leader who thrives in the field and wants to make a real impact, I’d love to connect.
