About Our Client

A leading Texas-based construction firm is hiring a Project Manager to oversee all onsite aspects of groundup commercial construction projects. Responsibilities include cost management, scheduling, safety compliance, subcontractor oversight, team leadership, and ensuring overall project execution meets high quality and client expectations.

Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will oversee full lifecycle delivery of large commercial construction projects while reporting into senior operational leadership. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

  • Lead groundup commercial project execution from preconstruction to closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement activities
  • Drive onsite coordination while partnering closely with field leadership
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and quality expectations are consistently achieved
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, trade partners, and internal teams
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and accountability to project teams
  • Deliver a best‑in‑class client experience throughout project delivery

The Successful Applicant
  • Full‑time, on‑site in Waco
  • 5‑10 years of groundup commercial construction experience preferred
  • Experience with healthcare or laboratory projects noted in some listings
  • Leadership experience and familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera) valued
