• You will provide leadership and mentorship to Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers, fostering professional growth, performance excellence, and developing bar-raising talent across your maintenance organization.
• You will develop and maintain comprehensive preventative maintenance programs, manage site budgets and capital spending plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while maximizing equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
• You will ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols and procedures across all operational areas while partnering with site leadership to implement, audit, and enforce maintenance execution and safe work practices.
• You will manage vendor relationships, coordinate external contractors, provide technical leadership on equipment end-of-life decisions using ROI analysis, and leverage Amazon's network size to maximize economies of scale.
• You will travel domestically up to 15% of the time to support network-level initiatives and provide guidance across multiple sites.

• 10+ years of managing large complex facilities organizations experience.
• 7+ years of senior management and leadership responsibilities experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience.

• Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.
