The Mission Services Coordinator manages staff and implements all activities pertaining to the Community Connects, community-based partnerships, and virtual services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In addition to preforming the duties direct reports, as needed, the Coordinator duties include the following:
Promote the general goals and objectives of the Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries.
Responsible for developing, mentoring, and coaching direct reports in the areas of program participant/customer service, program expectations and compliance.
Present information about Goodwill Initiatives and Mission Services programs to the public, community agencies, and employers.
Maintain positive working relationships with all community assets (educational institutions, government entities, non-profit organizations, faith-based organizations, etc.).Maintain liaisons with referring agencies to ensure they are receiving the services requested and most appropriate.
Coordinate and schedule all classes and services provided in Mission Facilities, partnership locations and the mobile unit.
Coordinate and schedule room rental reservations for all Community Connects.
Perform evaluations of all Mission Service Facilities, the Virtual Services Site and training/class curriculum and staff.
Assist in the creation and/or modification of curriculum.
Responsible for the security/maintenance of all equipment assigned to Mission Facilities and mobile unit.
Maintain adequate materials, supplies and equipment to support the professional delivery of all programs and services provided in Mission Facilities and external partnerships.
Attended local community initiative group meetings, as needed, and report on discussions and information gathered to the Mission Services team.
Administer frequent data entry, forms, and service documentation audits.
Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Mission Services Director as needed.
Evaluate surveys and feedback forms from participants and other stakeholders.
Administer disciplinary and celebratory actions for participants and complete any required documentation, as needed.
Maintain adequate materials, supplies, and equipment to support the professional delivery of all services and programs activities.
Update invoices and billings procedures to maintain fee structures of associated facility rentals and fee-for-service activities.
Perform monthly audit program billing documentation to ensure compliance to contract standards.
Review revenue and expenditures reports to ensure proper distribution of funds and expenses within assigned programs/services.
Perform other duties as assigned.
