If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 60 hours or more of college coursework
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting. (We’re flexible: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.)
• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

As a Client Service Manager, you will:

• Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for a segment of the branch team, business development initiatives, and manage functions to ensure operational, service, and business goals align with company and division objectives.
• Manage overall operations of a segment of the branch team, ensuring quality and depth of the segment caregiving pool; meet Care Partner, Client, and Referral Source Satisfaction goals, and adhere to company policy, procedure, and compliance guidelines.
• Successfully implement business initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team staff, including recruiting, hiring, assessment activity, staffing/scheduling, risk management requirements, timekeeping, and all compliance and human resource needs.
• Ensure on-call oversight and support for clients and field staff needs.
• Ensure all cross-referral opportunities within the branch are identified and sourced appropriately.
