Overview
Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility in Waco, TX. The 640,000 sqft. facility is situated in the Texas Central Industrial Park and will be operating on a 24/7 schedule. The facility will manufacture and distribute the 26 flavors of Electrolit™ – the fastest growing isotonic hydration beverage in the US.

Position SummaryThe primary responsibility of the Operations Supervisor is to support, coordinate, schedule, and maintain all manufacturing activities. The role leads production teams to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets while maintaining compliance with all company policies and industry regulations. This position will handle sensitive information and requires an NDA.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate all activities of production line employees to meet daily production goals.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP, OSHA).
- Enforce adherence to established production schedules and adjust resources as needed to meet operational demands.
- Review and update SOPs, deviations, and CAPAs and perform roles as directed by upper manufacturing management.
- Lead daily shift meetings to communicate goals, performance metrics, and updates to team members.
- Identify training needs and assist in the development of cross‑training programs for production staff.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments to resolve production issues.
- Complete shift reports and production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring equipment is properly maintained and safety procedures are followed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Address and document employee performance issues, working closely with Human Resources as necessary.
- Review, approve, and ensure the accuracy of employee timecards for direct reports in accordance with company policies and payroll deadlines.

- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, food science, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production workflows, machinery, and sanitation practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory position leading teams.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English required;
Spanish a plus.
This position is performed primarily in a manufacturing and production environment within a beverage manufacturing facility. The work environment may include exposure to moving mechanical parts, automated and manual production equipment, wet or humid conditions, temperature variations, and moderate to high noise levels. Employees may be required to work on elevated work surfaces, platforms, ladders, or stairs, and in or around confined or restricted spaces in accordance with applicable safety procedures and training.
Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and must be worn at all times while on the production floor or in designated work areas, in accordance with OSHA standards and company safety policies. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, balance, push, pull, and use hands and arms to operate machinery, tools, and equipment.
