PCQI Documentation Specialist – LACF & Food Safety

Electrolit Manufacturing USA is seeking a Document Control PCQI Specialist to maintain quality and food safety documentation in Waco, TX. This role involves ensuring compliance with FDA regulations for Low-Acid Canned Food operations, including the development of the Food Safety Plan. The position requires strong knowledge of documentation processes and direct experience with audits and regulatory inspections.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, possess PCQI and HACCP certifications, and have experience in beverage manufacturing. Additional responsibilities include training employees and managing compliance documentation.
