- Why This Role Exists
This role exists due to steady repair, rebuild, and custom machining work at a growing Central Texas machining and fabrication facility.
This position plays a key role in producing and restoring precision metal components using manual equipment. The shop is looking for a true manual machinist — someone who can take a blueprint and raw material and independently produce an accurate finished part without constant direction.
If you take pride in craftsmanship and enjoy solving machining problems on your own, this is the kind of role built for you.
