Overview

Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility currently under construction in Waco TX. The 640,000 sqft. facility is situated in Texas Central Industrial Park and will be operating on a 24/7 schedule with a target start date of January 2026. The facility will manufacture and distribute the 26 flavors of Electrolit TM, the fastest growing isotonic hydration beverage in the US.

Position Summary

The primary responsibility of the Industrial Maintenance Technician is to ensure the reliability, efficiency and safety of all equipment across the facility. This position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of production and facility equipment. The maintenance technician will support continuous production by optimizing system performance and minimizing downtime through proactive diagnostics and timely interventions. This position requires an NDA due to handling sensitive information.

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will report to the Equipment Maintenance Coordinator.

Principal Duties
  • Daily On-Site Attendance.
  • Performs highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and facility equipment.
  • Performs daily, monthly, annual and preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
  • Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary.
  • Works with tools, machinery, and live systems in real-time to resolve issues and implement solutions.
  • Executes scheduled maintenance tasks to reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts.
  • Orders and installs replacement parts for machines.
  • Identifies causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines.
  • Repairs broken machines quickly and efficiently.
  • Uses a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
  • Works closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to support operational goals.
  • Provides exceptional service and support to internal customers, suppliers, and team members.
  • Complies with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Educational and Technical Qualifications
  • High School diploma and/or technical certification in Maintenance Program, Instrumentation, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Strong mechanical background in manufacturing industry.
  • Electrical background, including experience with low-voltage and industrial wiring and electrical maintenance.
  • Familiarity with conveyor systems, fillers, blowers, automation systems, palletizers, packers, etc.
