Position: Flux Core and/or Mig Welders
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking dedicated Flux Core and/or Mig Welders to join their dynamic team. As a Flux Core and/or Mig Welder, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department, supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, ensuring success within the organization.

** Pay Range: $22-$26+/hr DOE*
* ** Shift: 2nd shift (Mon-Thur/4pm-230am)*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Perform welding operations using flux core and/or MIG welding techniques to fabricate metal components.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate fabrication.

+ Inspect welds for quality and adherence to safety standards and specifications.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes.

** What's Needed?*
* + Previous experience with flux core and/or MIG welding processes.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

+ Willingness to participate in on-site interviews and welding tests.

+ Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
