Follow recipe measurements and use decorating bags, tips, nozzles to create decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items;
Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management;
Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment and utilize handheld technology to drive sales and productivity;
Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.
