About This Role Fabrication Operator About This Role Bio Thane makes innovative products that improve lives. As a Fabrication Operator, you'll run precision equipment and build parts that matter.
You'll work with a supportive team, master new skills, and grow your career in manufacturing. If you take pride in quality work and want to learn hands-on manufacturing, this role is for you.
What You'll DoOperate fabrication equipment: riveters, welders, laser cutters, and punch presses.
Follow work orders to produce parts that meet quality standards.
Inspect products for defects and make basic machine adjustments.
Document production work accurately in Priority software (training provided).Pack and label finished products for shipment.
Report safety concerns immediately to protect your team.
Work overtime when needed to meet production goals.
What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
Attention to detail and ability to inspect work closely.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Comfortable standing for long periods in a factory environment.
Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Nice-to-Haves Prior manufacturing or factory experience.
Experience operating fabrication equipment.
Familiarity with production planning software.
