Perform cGMP manufacturing operations within the biologics production facility, including working with engineers on setup and calibration tasks and Conducting rework and quality testing of production materials;
Utilize sophisticated programs (such as LIMS, SAP, automated control systems) to collect/evaluate operating data and make on-line adjustments;
Ship finished materials and maintain inventory levels; sample in-process and raw materials;
Run glass washer and autoclave; buffer/media preparation; equipment preparation (CIP/SIP);
Perform cell culture (from vial thaw to production scale), column chromatography, and tangential flow filtration
