Monitor dairy plant production processes including milk receiving, separation, standardization, pasteurization, batching by following SOPs and GMPs;
Verify all paperwork and charts for accuracy and temperatures;
Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties and communicate safety concerns to management;
Operate and clean equipment to maximize throughput and minimize downtime;
Maintain sanitation of equipment and participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
