Monitor dairy plant production processes including milk receiving, separation, standardization, pasteurization, and batching following SOPs and GMPs; verify paperwork and charts; troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating issues; communicate problems to management; ensure safety, sanitation, and proper PPE usage; maintain process data and equipment performance data to improve quality and throughput; operate and clean equipment to maximize throughput and minimize downtime;
collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; adhere to company policies and ethics.
