Perform cGMP manufacturing operations in the biologics facility;
Operate and calibrate equipment with engineers during setup and calibration;
Collect and evaluate operating data using LIMS and SAP to drive on-line adjustments;
Prepare buffers/media and perform cell culture, chromatography, and tangential flow filtration;
Maintain aseptic gowning, PPE, and clean room integrity; follow environmental monitoring and waste procedures
