Accurate Personnel in Waco, TX is hiring a Fiberglass Reinforcement Team Member to join a fast-paced production area. You will apply reinforcement materials to bathtub units, operate coating equipment, and ensure quality coverage and structural integrity.
The role requires working in a non-climate-controlled plant, with lifting up to 50+ lbs and exposure to fiberglass and resins. Starting pay is $17/hr with a benefits package and a Monday–Friday schedule.
