As a welder, you will play a vital role in supporting the production process, ensuring high-quality welds and maintaining safety standards. Pay Range: $22-$24 HR. Interviews on Wednesday and Thursday.

Shift: 1-6am 4:30 Monday
-Thursday 2-4pm-2:30 Monday - Thursday 3
- Friday sat Sunday 5am
-5pm

What's the Job?

• Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on various metal components according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols
• Inspect welds for quality and make necessary adjustments to meet standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3 years of welding experience, with 5+ years preferred
• Proficiency in Flux Core and/or MIG welding techniques
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Industrial welding background is a plus
