As a welder, you will play a vital role in supporting the production process, ensuring high-quality welds and maintaining safety standards. Waco, TX
Pay Range: $22-$24 HR. Interviews on Wednesday and Thursday.
Shift: 1-6am 4:30 Monday
-Thursday 2-4pm-2:30 Monday - Thursday 3
- Friday sat Sunday 5am

What's the Job?
- Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on various metal components according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols
- Inspect welds for quality and make necessary adjustments to meet standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 3 years of welding experience, with 5+ years preferred
- Proficiency in Flux Core and/or MIG welding techniques
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Industrial welding background is a plus
