CNC Press Brake Operator
-1st & 2nd Shifts

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in metal fabrication, is seeking a dedicated CNC Press Brake Operator
-1st & 2nd shifts to join their dynamic team. As a CNC Press Brake Operator
-1st & 2nd shifts, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:

Waco, TX

Pay Range: $20-$22 HR.

Shift: 1st shift- 6am-4:30pm 2nd shift- 4pm-2:30am Monday-Thursday

What's the Job?

  • Operate 350 Ton and 1000 Ton ACCURPRESS brake machines to shape various types of metal components.
  • Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to program the brake machines for bend and forming operations.
  • Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, and calipers to ensure tight tolerances.
  • Perform routine maintenance on the press brakes to ensure optimal operation and safety.
  • Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications and manufacturing goals.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Up to 2 years of experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in reading drawings and blueprints, with the ability to program brake machines accordingly.
  • Experience with precision measurement tools such as micrometers, gauges, and calipers.
  • Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues safely.
