Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to lead the maintenance team, oversee preventive maintenance of the plant, and ensure safe, compliant operations.
Shift: Days, 2-2-3 continental; you will partner with production to maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements include 5–7 years in manufacturing, leadership experience, and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP; dairy/aseptic experience is preferred.
