Our client is expanding its manufacturing footprint with a new stainless steel fabrication operation in Waco, TX
, and we are looking for an experienced General Manager to help build, launch, and lead the facility.

, while also playing a key role in developing the new facility into a best-in-class stainless steel fabrication shop
.
The GM will help shape the operation as it grows, supporting decisions around plant layout, equipment, processes, staffing, production flow, operating standards, and future capacity.
We are particularly interested in leaders who bring:
- Direct stainless steel fabrication experience
- Experience managing a P&L and overall plant/business performance
- Background leading manufacturing or fabrication operations
- Experience with a greenfield, brownfield, plant startup, major expansion, or significant scale-up
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes, welding, production flow, quality, and manufacturing efficiency
- Proven leadership of managers, supervisors, and hourly manufacturing teams
- A track record of improving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability
- A hands‑on leadership style combined with strong business and financial acumen
For someone who has successfully built or scaled a fabrication operation, this is an opportunity to have a significant influence on how the facility is designed, structured, and operated from the beginning.
This job pays a bonus, equity, and we will pay relocation for the right candidate
