Machine Operators – Local Lettuce Production Plant
Location: Waco, TX
Schedule: Multiple shifts available | Full-Time
Pay: DOE – Competitive hourly rate + weekly pay

A fast-growing local lettuce production facility is seeking dependable and safety-focused Machine Operators to join their harvesting, packaging, and processing teams. Key ResponsibilitiesOperate, monitor, and troubleshoot various production and packaging machinery
Set up machines for daily production runs
Ensure accurate cutting, washing, mixing, or packaging of fresh lettuce products
Perform quality checks on products to meet company standards
Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain production efficiency
Complete required documentation for production, quality, and safety logs
Assist with sanitation and changeovers between product runs
Follow all food safety, GMP, and plant safety protocols
Previous machine operator
, production, or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to work in a cold, wet, fast‑paced food production environment
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Must pass background check and drug screen (client specific)
Enjoy hands‑on mechanical work
Have experience in food production or agriculture processing
