This position is ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management, perfect for students pursuing a career in marketing or communications. This position is reserved for Federal Work Study (FWS) students only.

Functions of the position:

• Help manage Waco Civic Theatre's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
• Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and event promotions.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies for upcoming shows and events.
• Photograph rehearsals and shows for post content and theatre records.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve engagement.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Required hard/specialized skills:

• Photography and videography experience.
• Extensive familiarity with all social media platforms.
• Content creation.
• Copywriting and editing.
