Summary/ObjectiveThe Director of Impact and Engagement provides strategic leadership for the organization's Community Impact and Community Engagement efforts, serving as the primary liaison to community partners, stakeholders, and collaborative organizations. This position oversees grant administration, compliance, stewardship, and committee coordination; manages partner and stakeholder relationships; facilitates community impact initiatives; and fosters meaningful community participation and cross-sector collaboration. Through the development and stewardship of strategic partnerships, the Director advances the child well-being initiatives of the United Way of Waco-McLennan County and helps drive measurable, sustainable community outcomes.
