** How you'll make an impact in this role*
* + Deliver compassionate nursing care in alignment with organizational standards to ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality, and evidence-based treatment.

+ Collaborate with the care team by communicating vital health observations to Registered Nurses, ensuring a seamless and responsive journey for the patient.

+ Execute medical orders with precision to drive positive clinical outcomes and maintain the integrity of the patient's personalized care plan.

+ Monitor and document patient progress to provide a clear, accurate narrative of their recovery and alert the team to any critical changes in real-time.

+ Master clinical judgment by participating in professional transition programs, turning your hands-on experience into the advanced critical thinking skills needed for a long-term nursing career.

** What minimum requirements you'll need*
* Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

+ Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

* + At least 1 year of experience in an Registered Nurse role.
