* + Deliver compassionate, high-quality care by performing clinical assessments and therapeutic services that directly contribute to the healing and well-being of every patient.

+ Manage medication safety by accurately administering treatments and vigilantly monitoring patient responses to ensure the highest standards of clinical outcomes.

+ Empower patients and families through personalized education, providing them with the knowledge and resources they need for a confident transition to self-care and long-term health.

+ Collaborate with the care team under the guidance of RNs and physicians to execute precise laboratory tests and treatment plans, ensuring no detail of the patient journey is overlooked.

** What minimum requirements you'll need*
* Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program permit (GVN) obtained prior to start date or job transfer date is required-OR-Temporary or Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license to practice in the state of Texas is required or must be obtained prior to hire or job transfer date-OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition through the Nurse Licensure Compact is required or must be obtained prior to hire or job transfer date.

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

** What additional preferences we're seeking*
* + Clinical Expertise:
Offer 1-2 years of LVN experience with specialized proficiency in cardiac and vascular care.

+ Adaptability:
Proven ability to remain flexible and adjust seamlessly to evolving clinical environments and shifting patient needs.
