Overview
ADN Healthcare is seeking a traveling RN Rehabilitation for a position in Waco, Texas starting on 05/15/2026 for 13 weeks.
The role is in the Acute Rehab Unit 001 (22700) and requires 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts (07:00-19:00).
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care in an acute rehabilitation setting.
- Work a 3x12 shift schedule (12-hour day shifts).
- Maintain current Texas nursing license.
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with at least two years recent experience in rehabilitation.
- Current Texas nursing license.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certification.
- Two current clinical references.
- Valid resume.
- Weekly pay based on 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), including a tax-free stipend that varies with home location and onboarding costs.
