RN Tele-Triage & Care Coordination

Waco Family Medicine is seeking an RN Phone Triage Nurse to provide clinical assessments and care coordination for patients via telephone and electronic communication. This role promotes one-call resolution and reduces in-basket burdens. Candidates must have an active RN license in Texas and at least one year of clinical experience, preferably with Epic EHR.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment and critical thinking while supporting patient-centered care. Bilingual skills in Spanish/English are preferred, as well as experience in ambulatory care.
