Position: Travel CVOR Tech - $1,876 to $2,084 per week in Waco, TX

CVOR Tech – Waco, TX – Pay $1,876–$2,084 per week – 4 days × 10 hours per day – 13‑week contract, starting 7/12/2026.

Position Overview

Allied Travel Careers  is partnering with Cross Med Healthcare Staffing to place a skilled CVOR Technician in Waco, Texas. The role involves assisting with cardiovascular (CVOR) patient care, monitoring interventions, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members.
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members.
  • Monitor patients’ responses to interventions and report outcomes.
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures depending on the unit.
  • Share on‑call responsibilities with a 30‑minute response time when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
  • Transport patients as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience (preferred).
  • Graduate from an accredited school.
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Physical ability to remain in a stationary position, lift equipment (50–100 lbs), push, bend, and pull.
  • Must be able to work independently or under occasional close supervision.
Required Skills
  • Interpersonal skills – ability to work with diverse personnel while maintaining a positive demeanor and professional appearance.
  • Technical skills – ability to grasp, push/pull, and move while assisting with procedures or operating departmental equipment.
  • Cognitive demands – manage frequent interactions with the public and customers and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Sensory skills – keen visual understanding and practical communication abilities.
