Job Description:Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical/ Tele to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, monitoring patients with complex medical conditions and utilizing telemetry technology to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients in medical-surgical and telemetry units
- Monitor patient conditions, including cardiac rhythms, and respond to changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Advanced training or experience in telemetry monitoring
