Emergency Room Nurse Waco, Texas. This role involves providing direct nursing care in accordance with the healthcare organization's established policies, procedures, and protocols. The position requires implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing patient conditions, and coordinating interdisciplinary care to ensure optimal patient outcomes on a 55‑bed unit.

• Providing direct nursing care in the emergency department.
• Implementing and monitoring patient care plans.
• Assessing patient conditions.
• Coordinating interdisciplinary care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Serving as the primary coordinator of patient care, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders, and assisting with discharge planning.

• Valid nursing license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in emergency nursing or a related field.
• Preferred:
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications.
