Role Overview

This nursing position involves leading multidisciplinary coordination within an Ortho Neuro department, serving as the primary link between specialty teams to ensure patient recovery goals are met.

• Execute clinical orders accurately to uphold safety and quality standards, advocate for patient safety by monitoring clinical changes and communicating updates, and manage discharge processes to ensure patients and families are prepared for the next stage of care.

Requires a graduate of an accredited nursing program or a current/temporary RN license in Texas, along with BLS certification within one month of hire. Preferably, candidates will have at least one year of RN experience.
