Registered Nurse NICU Travel

Role Overview: This position involves providing direct neonatal nursing care in acute care hospitals within the NICU department. Responsibilities include implementing, monitoring, and recording patient care plans, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and assisting with discharge planning.

• Delivering evidence-based nursing care following established policies and protocols.
• Assessing patient conditions and responding accordingly.
• Carrying out physician and nursing orders efficiently.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members for comprehensive patient management.

• Registered Nurse licensure prior to employment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred certifications include The S.T.A.B.L.E. Program and Neonatal Resuscitation from the American Academy of Pediatrics.
• Minimum of 1+ year recent RN NICU experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
